Common Questions

How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@smidgovation.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when it's done. Deleted accounts and their data cannot be recovered.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not directly through our apps.

iOS: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel Subscription.

Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
I was charged but I can't access premium features. What do I do?
First, try restoring your purchases from within the app (usually found in Settings or the subscription screen). If the issue persists, email us at support@smidgovation.com with your account email and the date of purchase and we'll sort it out quickly.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly. Contact Apple Support (appleid.apple.com/account/manage) or Google Play Help for refund requests. We're happy to advocate on your behalf if there are extenuating circumstances — email us and we'll do what we can.
How do I report a bug or a technical issue?
Email support@smidgovation.com with:
• A description of the issue
• Your device model and OS version
• App version (found in app Settings)
• Steps to reproduce the problem

Screenshots or screen recordings are incredibly helpful.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
Use the in-app report button on any contest, submission, or user profile. For urgent matters, email support@smidgovation.com directly. We take safety seriously and review all reports.
What data do you collect about me?
Please see our full Privacy Policy for details. In short, we collect account information, content you submit, usage data, and device info to operate and improve our apps. We do not sell your data.
